MPI-HAC Leader of the Month

The Leader of the Month Program was designed to increase exposure and recognition for our chapter leaders (volunteers) and to reward them for their commitment and dedication to their professional organization, MPI-HAC, and ultimately to encourage continued engagement through participation on the board and committees. For the past two years, the MPI-HAC's Leadership Development Committee has led the charge towards recognizing some of our chapter's stellar volunteers. Our goal has been to highlight a member of a committee each month that shows creativity, ingenuity, commitment and dedication to our chapter's goals and activities. Each month the Board of Directors nominates and vote on outstanding committee members and the recipient is then awarded at our monthly luncheons.  The LOM recipient receives a Certificate of Recognition signed by our Chapter President and also receives a gift certificate for a free lunch to be used for a future meeting.  Their name is then included on the ballot for Leader of the Year, which is awarded at our chapter's annual gala, typically held in June.
